ermm i dont think pictures will work from your computer, you have to host them up on the internet.
Host the pic up on n00bstories and then get the url code instead.

Almost got it working there. Except. You can't use the HTML code for images in your signature, you have to use the phpBB tags and . So just copy and paste this into your signature and it should work...
