is there a patch or something so when your in a vehicle you can turn your gun around and have your screen facing where your gun is pointing? my friend found something like it but he didn't say what

In your options click the box "Lock Mouse to Turret", Then it will work. Smile

Hmm! Do you mean press "V"? If you keep V pressed then you can spin the vehicles gun and see everything whilst stopped or moving. Hope this helps.
