I only do 2 things:
Weed; Me and my mate Adam will get a £10 worth, Blaze up, walk along the dock and just laugh about funny times we've had, Then back to his place to stick on Shaun of The Dead and just piss ourselves laughing to sleep. 
Alcohol; Bottle of Jack D, Few shots and smoke a few cigs and just have a good one. 
Oh, Or Stella Artois. 
I doubt I'll ever do cocaine, or E, Or any other drug you'd do on a night out, Otherwise I'd fuck up along the way and end up in the Hospital with a needle in my heart pumping me with Artificial adrenaline to get me heart starting, rofl, Now that would be a memory.
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

Personally, I think that marijuana should be legal, right along with liquor and tobacco, but people should have to take a short course to educate you about the potential dangers of the products, and safe use of them before you would be allowed to purchase them.

It's the people's responsibility to educate themselves. I'm against government spending for that. If private organizations want to open up discussion and have classes, by all means, but fuck no to government funding on that.
Edit: Unless you charge for mandatory sessions that cover ALL of the costs.
