Right on the nose, Maiden. There never seems to be any real organization on the side I play on lately. No one giving ideas, no one shouting commands, no one doing anything but going "Lone Wolf" and getting themselves killed. Sure, it's fine if one or two people are doing this. It helps distract the enemy. But if the whole team is doing it? Aw, Hell no.

Get in a server with less players and which has a clan-website a a name. That usually already help quite a bit.

I'd think the n00bstories server would be organized on both teams. But you're right. I went into a random server recently. It was 6-on-6. It was also a stalemate all around.(Though admittedly, we on Nod were kind of keeping the field in Field steadily thanks to creative Railgunning combined with a random vehicle or two.)
