Yeah I used to have that probelm too... I had to run it in Safe mode too... That is... until I got XP *hugs XP* My 60 gig HD scandisks and defrags in 2 1/2 hours. Very Happy

On my old 400Mhz compy on windows 98, a 10 GB HD took 2 Days, 17 hours to finish.
