It's fairly simple.

Install this https://dl.bintray.com/xquartz/downloads/XQuartz-2.7.11.dmg

Then this https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/macosx/pool/winehq-stable-4.0.pkg

Then open wine stable in applications, type "winecfg" let it install geko stuff etc

And then run Renegade setup.
