start from scratch again and it should work Sad

sorry not my field try neosaber he is good at building animations

hay thanks for all that replyed. I found my problem. cant say exactly what it was, but do know that after I re-installed the level edit program. it all workes, I can now aim at my building and it all shows up. and the animations all work too. thanks again.
