I'd recommend this power supply:

You can get a rebate on it too; it's a great unit, and it's what I use. I have it running two 4870's in Crossfire, a few HD's, and my overclocked system and it never breaks a sweat.

If you want something modular, then check this one out:

Less wattage, but still should meet your needs.
