http://lone0001.cncfps.com/downloads/C&C/Renegade/FDS/SSGM/Plugins/Revi veBuildingsPlugin.rar, this is the plugin above edited by MacKinsey to allow all buildings to be revived, requires the Server version of Renegade Resurrection which you can find here.

I found another one:
http://lone0001.cncfps.com/downloads/C&C/Renegade/FDS/SSGM/Plugins/RREV I VE.rar, I think it's pretty much the same thing as the 2nd one but no source and simplified much more, read the read me first.

Note: The first one *should* work, I'm not sure 100% if the 2nd or 3rd ones will work or not.
