I've noticed this also in about the past week even on Crimson's n00bstories server (my home to play) RG doesn't detect if i !rg somebody it says "______ is NOT using RG." but then when your try to !forcerg that same person it says "______ IS using RG. there is no need to use !forcerg." even if i !rg myself it says im not running RG but when i login the little blue messages pop up at the top and all that.
