Does it still say it if you uninstall rengaurd, if it works then rengaurd may be the problem, me myself have never had problems when I did use rengaurd, but who knows, check your internet connection too lol.

Are you forwarded to XWIS? This could also be that renegade is looking for the old west wood online server listing, although i was told it is forwarded to connect you to xwis, i'm not sure, oh well.

Run it, hit "set to XWIS" maybe it says "forward to xwis" i cant remember, DONT CHANGE ANYTHING, keep it the way it is and just click it, I have a PC which has an old ren installation on it that wont connect to XWIS, after using this tool, it worked right away, so this may be the case, try the tool.
