where do i find this file i keep getting a blank black screen!!!

this is why i hate RG even when i uninstaled RG its still doing it i even reinstalled Renegade its still doing it any suggestions?

EDIT: Nvm i fixed this problem i installed scripts.dll 3.4.1 and turned off compatible for win 95 Smile
