In defense of those who left they didn't decide one day to up and leave, it took a decent month of disappointments and failures by the leadership, combined with a couple of arguable calls that led to the break away.

The first time it was Almor making some suggestions which led to an all out fight (not Almors fault btw.), the second time it was very similar, and centered around the leadership believing more in themselves than listening to the divison.
