Open up My Computer, double-click on the object marked "Local Disk (C:)" (or similar). Then double click on Westwood, double-click on Renegade, and the Data folder will be there.

If you have The First Decade, ignore the above. I'm not sure where TFD installs the games to, but look in Program Files in a folder with "EA" in the name.
