With WinRam, Renrem, you need to set it for the specific ports.
Look at your server.ini scroll down untill:

RemoteAdminPort = 5555 (what ever you like, i use 5555 easy to remember)

Open winrem, and for the FDStalkport but in anything you like, like 9999
Server ip; 127.0.0.1
Remote server port; add the port in your server.ini EG mine is 5555 so i add 5555
Remote server pass; put in the pass, (much sure its exactly 8 letters/number long) ( It cannot start with a number)
Press done and thats it.
