If you don't have a graphics program installed, here is a Microsoft tool you can install http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Once installed, you can right-click image files and save resized copies of them, it lets you choose large, medium or small.
