You would need an pass-through NDIS driver.
Other than that there's no way to use bluetooth for networking as far as I know.

Get WLAN instead, it's much easier to set that up compared to pass-through stuff. It was a real bitch to get that working over USB. You could also get cellphones with WLAN.
