I think he means menu art and textures maybe.

An alliance sounds like a pretty cool idea, but it'd be very hard to keep control of so many members. You could have maybe 4 separate teams each with a leader who oversees their team, and the four leaders meet for deciding stuff, something like that anyway...Just an idea.
