I'm stuck on the third lev. Nod Obelisk [message #-979249]

Still doesn't help. I've done all that.
I've destroyed the obelisk, destroyed the vats or whatever they are in the underground around the tyberium meteor, I've set the ion cannon beacon and destroyed the nod base that leads from the underground section. I've killed every nod soldier in the area....
What now????
