its ther server and they can do whatever they want..i play sniper wars sumtimes but not usually cuz some ***hole always has to screw it up i always put the name as sniper war no vehciles and then ppl come in and buy vehciles and come and destroy the barracks or the hon and that ****** me off because then we cant get snipers and i have to restart the server b/c some a**hole.
