Why shouldnt it? At the momenf of payment you sign a contract with NADI ("Nod Air Delivery Incorporated"). NADI tries to deliver your vehicle and surely you can not sue them when there is no airstrip to deliver it anymore. After all, they had expenses for the fuel, the transport costs, the pilot, etc.

Live with it: Loosing an airstrip is a bad, bad thing.
