I looked in my add remove programs to see that renguard was installed twice, so I removed them both and attempted to re-install.
Now I accept the agreement and when it starts to install it says renguard must be installed to the renegade directory, although it is trying to install it to westwood/renegade(my directory). It then quits...
Its being an ass...
help!

well i dont know if it matters it should be westwood/renegade/data not westwood/renegade cuz then it isn't scanning your data directory for cheats Surprised

it should be westwood/renegade/data not westwood/renegade cuz then it isn't scanning your data directory for cheats Surprised

Actually it scans the main directory under Westwood/Renegade, which is Westwood/Renegade/Data Wink

ok... I re-installed renegade and it works now... I dont want to have to do that again... you install it to westwood/renegade, not data
