and the army times is wrong the only thing in my pay increase was my housing allowance. They always give you increases there because they wont have to pay retirement on it like they do your base pay. and if they didnt agree on that then most military would be homless. plus the army times prints what ever they want like the stabilization of troops at one duty station for more then 5 years that funny my branch told me that was wrong they said that they heard a rumor and went with it
