WOL appears to be down. I moved my server to GameSpy exclusively (as "n00bstories Server 1") until it's back.

Oh Fuck!, I just reinstalled renegade 4 days ago and now i have nothing to do over the holiday break i have. also i think the closing of wol is due to cheaters. Well this is the sign that renegade is on life support. Looks like this game might actualy die. I never signed up for a gamespy acount so im uninstalling once again and i bet over 100 people are dong the same thing im dong. Well it was nice wile it lasted. Stupid EA..

Edit: Ive just been informed that at the end of every month the servers have to reset their bandwidth , this process can take up to 2 days.

Mods/Maps can still be played thankfully to All Seeing Eye and Gamespy.

WOL has been down often in the past, often unannounced either. Maybe the server broke or something. Until I see a reliable source I won't believe anything.

We all knew the end was comming some day. Now it has finaly arived. I feel irony in the air, the ammo page news thing is like the message from the ossirus in the matrix and we are the ships. We try not to belive and make acusations but it looks like it is really comming. we try to stop it but its enevidable. It will my the 6th time a c&c game falls with the end, but this time westwood falls to. AFter all these falls we have a false sence of it comming back but it wont this time. Kinda ironic isnt that right?
