Reason: LAG. You realize that whenever youre in scope mode, you are walking. That is also true to the opposing side.

Try it yourself, its all lag.

-Run a sniper only server (HOST a game) *Yes you*
you will notice that theyre not flickering
-Join a massive multiplayer battle with lots of snipers
you will notice the opposite

When you host a snipe game, when people zoom its walking yes, easy kill. If everyone had that wtf would be the point? Easy kills.

kbps whores dont lag as much, its the people who do less. Also its mainly the server. If the nur is 5 its warpy, above 10 is good though.
