WTF is up with n00bstories. I upload a .gif file. Ya it works. Well I go to save it nd no matter what I select to save it as it makes it a .jpeg file. Now when I go to open it in psp it says it is not a valid .jpg-.jif file. WTF is wrong with n00bstories.

It sends all files with JPEG headers. Just rename the file back to .gif and it should work.

Don't bitch at me if you aren't using the tool the way I intended it to be used.

I was simply aksing a question. and I already pionted out rnaming it does not work. so i was asking what n00bstories does to the image after uploading it so I could fix it.

I tell your browser that what I'm sending is a jpeg, no matter what it was uploaded as. What is different about the GIFs you are uploading that would make it not work like most images do?

I have no clue, All i know is when i save it, even in the tab if i go to .gif, it still goes to .jpeg. And psp wont open it because it is labeeled a jpeg.

I don't see where you specifically said that you can't rename it. Not when you save as, but after. Save as blah.jpg. rename blah.jpg to blah.gif, open in psp.
