I just got web hosting so know i need to make the web page

You can do a right click on any web page and view the source to get ideas just remember use your own ideas and not someone else.

No it doesn't mainly because the file is loacted on your computer at "C:\Documents and Settings\Cynde\My Documents\My Music\Eminem\The Marshall Mathers LP\18 Criminal.wma" You need to upload the file and specify "18 Criminal.wma" as the filename.
Also I'd get some hosting that doesn't put banners and popups all over your site. There are loads of free hosting without banners try looking on http://clickherefree.com
