When i try and use !fds msg Test it gives me this "fds is not available for Protected IRC Users" can someone tell me how to get around this?

edit the permission level in commands.xml?

I have +qao in the channel and everyone else can do it with +ao

set yourself -a to where you're just +qo. See if that works.
