Just speaking from previous experiences.. I used Zone Alarm about 2 years ago and sometimes the firewall would glitch? Causing the internet to not work at all... Basically everything got blocked and I had to restart ZA to gain access back to the net. I don't know if this has been fixed over the years but I thought i'd let you know anyhow.
