Chat During Game Play Dont' Work [message #361297]

During game play i can't see any chat messages when pressing the F2 and F3 key, also i don't see anyone chatting just using the radio commands. Did they take out the chatting?
I have TFD version.

I only saw this happen to one other person before. It was solved when I installed core patch 2 and scripts 3.x on their computer. Very strange stuff indeed. You can find them here.
