As people said, leave him and ignore him if he does something.
These forums should stop with banning now. You all are like "GOZTOW" YOUR THE KEY!!! Could this board be about renegade now and not about the ban stuff? Goztow seems to be a good guy, but regular people should stop with the "BAN" thing for a time. Seriously, no one wants big threads about " HE IS AN IDIOT, BAN TROP.." stuff like that.

As far as I know, only people who have really been disruptive and cause shitfests (Troop, rocko, horqwer, etc) have been banned. And mostly, those are the people who are requested to be banned.

Well, did you guys even try to ignore him? If you haven't, then its a good idea to try. Then he/she might stop and there wont be a reason to ban him.

If he was JUST a nuisance, he wouldn't have been banned. The moderating staff doesn't just ban because someone is annoying. On top of being that nuisance, he's broken forum rules, and has been previously banned for his infractions.
Troop being banned and the community's support of it shows just how universal his annoyance was. Could he have just been ignored, universally? Sure, but that doesn't change the fact that he's broken rules.
Edit: Also, why the fuck do new people register and then post, talking about what they think should be or should have been done? This is just as silly as someone moving to a foreign country and automatically assuming they have a voice.
