Much better, but try to look at it from the admin's perspective. If they unbanned your ip, what's to stop your brother from changing names and cheating again. Their goal is to keep their server cheat free and keep people donating to keep it online. They don't really want to risk any of that over something that isn't fool proof. My suggestion, put a password on your computer to prevent him from further bannings. Or simply get renguard.

Okay a superb suggestion(Get Renguard) and so simple...apparently!
I mean if i have Renguard i can play on certain servers my bro can't thusly im safe from him haxoring away and gettin me banned + people can never say that i hax if i get banned via I.P because i have Renguard which is an Anti-Cheat program
But a few questions first
#1:Doesn't it conflict with your own server, especially when modded
#2:Does it conflict with any mod you where to make for LAN or FDS?
#3:I've heard from certain people that Renguard makes your server lag
4#:Does it have many or any technical issues, e.g Virus detection software thinking it's Malware etc?

Sad to say, Renguard won't help you out at all. Nobody trusts it.
If someone is suspicious of you cheating, whether you have Renguard or Not, your getting kicked because of "RGH."

I do not see why Renguard would not give me support and credibility in a haxoring accusation!?
I mean it's the most common Anti-Cheat system going for Renegade. Even when i log in on WOL it comes up with recommending Renguard for added securite whilst online...
If Renguard can't do the job it's desighned to do then why would people ever use it!?
And as for luv2pb...with the way you reply to my very very complying posts i would be glad to Ignore You->
But before i take that sorta action i wanna know why you hate me and "want me to die"

Because people have, and probably always will find a way to bypass RenGuard.
Just because you run it, doesn't mean you're safe.
If anything, the benefits from it would be that your brother, nor anyone else who logs in though RenGuard will be able to cheat, at all.
RenGuard is ClientSide. Only the regulators have ServerSide RenGuard ability. Thus, will not effect your server. If you want to mod your client, you mustn't run RenGuard as it won't let you start game.exe with objects.ddb/*.w3d files in the data folder.

I'm not to sure wether they would accept...i mean being banned from Paging, posting on Forums and on a thin sheet of ice with there IRC is not a good way to start trying to kick up "Deals" with them...
but i will try my best!
Before i start any bargaining...can someone please answer my Number 2 question
#2:Doesn't Renguard conflict with your FDS if it's modded.
E.G like when my BIATCH banned me thinking that i damge haxed when all i did was change the orca rocket damage +50...

We could care less if you do or don't enter a multiplayer game. In fact, judging by your attitude, you might as well just give up and find another game to play.

+Now im willing to get Renguard to further backup my defense and chances of getting back in

You completely missed the point. I said that I've seen people who posted nicely get flamed, but that isn't what usually happens. When people respond poorly to polite posters, other members of the forum will typically call them out and tell them to shut up. However, people who make obnoxious, poorly edited, angry posts like yours almost always get a negative response from almost everybody. Ergo, such posts are generally a bad idea, especially for newer or lesser known members of a forum- and they become a major hurdle for the poster to overcome if they ever want to ask anything of the forum's members again.

Well despite the way i posted, or my choice of wording in my Reply's or how i edited my reply's
It seems however i could have chose to go about my "Problem"
You would have all (except SR) flamed, laughed and in the end said "NO, IT'S A POLICY, now ON YA BIKE BAT!"
It's all i've really got of anyone in a position to help me
Despite these factors:
My willingness to even get Renguard
Bro's full list of all his Nick's
Photo of me and him 4 proof he exists
A string taken from server logs proving he exists
And even the willingness if possible to "Pay" to get back in if i had resonable income of $£$£$£
