A CURE PLEASE [message #265984]

had this for ever, what i have come to call wall lag.

When i turn a corner too sharply i often lag back to the wall and see myself running straight into the wall, it often gets me killed or something else killed.

Wondering if anyone knew of a patch for this?

Another option, which I found REALLY helped-
Go to your task menu, (Alt. Cntrl. Dlt)
Delete all the tasks you know that arent needed for the system.

Scripts 3 + have a wall lag fix. It also needs a server side fix which most decent servers have. You can try it on BlackIntel and TheKOSs2 servers as I'm sure they have it.

I have to agree. I do manual registry cleaning and the guys at Microsoft name them really weirdly, so i delete them thinking they're just junk. Next think i know i have no explorer.

If you don't know what you're doing when it comes to advanced stuff like that don't even try it.

The wall lag fix in scripts.dll as developed by BlackIntel is a different kind of wall lag, where you get a laggy experience when sliding alongst walls half of the time. The wall lag you are talking about is ping related mostly. Play on a server with a good ping, and if you think it's a problem on your side, try hitting F8 and then "nur 30" (followed by enter ofcourse). It will probably only help if it was changed from the defaults sometime.

does this new script file come in rg updates? or can i find it somewhere?

i get the wall lag, not what he is talking about which is mostly just lag. i get what StealthEye described as me touching the wall and lagging to shit
