How come they do not work with the command and conquerer 10 years pack? Or do I need to put them somewhere other than data?

Afaik they do work. And they do belong in data. Are you sure they have the correct name?

Yes they worked before I reinstalled my renegade. They have the .dds at the end

E*cheat name removed* now I can not remove them outta my data folder... Any idea's why I'm getting an Error: you can not remove or rename files? And what can I do to fix this?

because those three letters (yours without the leading "E") are the name of a common cheat and it gets censored like this automatically

Lol. Yeah I know it is, but didn't realize it would get censored in the middle of a word.
But on a serious note I still can't delete anything out of my data, I would like to take the skins out.
