I do use G-Mail. Those pesky emails go to my spam box of course but technically I'm still getting 100s of spam emails every day.

Well, if you have that much time, set up a sting operation with the bank. Ask them if they are willing to set up a dummy account for you to use, explaining that you think there is a scam going around, and you want to catch them. Send the scammers the information for the account you just set up, asking them to deposit the winnings in there, and mention that they can take out any fees they would need from that account.
They try, the bank traces who accesses the account next (or, even better, attempted transfer or withdrawal) and catches them.
Will the bank go for it? Probably not.
Is it legal? I have no idea.
Would it be fun, if you have the time? Of course!
