The thing is that i've installed renguard. i have all the updates also. but .. i can get to renegade and westwood online.. but when i click advanced game listings my comp is fine for a few seconds but then freezes ( i can hear renegade music and see the comp mouse move a little) but i can't do anything. so i have to manually restart. i only have this problem since i've installed renguard. any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated. Your firewall is blocking game2.exe because it changed (due to installing Renguard). Be sure game.exe and game2.exe are allowed to access the internet.
