That i could play renegade with my xbox360 controller? It hooks into the usb port on my computer and i can play other games with it i just cant figure out how to play ren with it.

I assume it would work like any other joystick/controller. It would only work if the game allows it.

Hmm.. this brings up an interesting idea, does Renegade support a joystick?

I think I remember the fact that it doesn't. Something like it was supposed to but never got finished.

No renegade does not support controllers/joysticks. If some one knew how to make it so it would that would be cool.

Find a Joy2key type application for Windows. There was supposedly one on some Japanese site, but it went down awhile ago. The current release of Joy2Key only works on Linux.

Yep, there has to be a freeware program that maps joystick movements to keyboard. Don't expect pressure sensitivity though.

Pardon my ignorance, but who the hell would want to use an XBox controller to play a game if they had the option of using something else?
