Which version do you have?
The problem is to do with WinRem I believe. If you don't set that up correctly, the bot will not be able to send any commands to the server.
Commands like !help and !time are just done by the bot itself, and don't need the actual Renegade FDS.
!pi and !gi and !page etc. all need the Renegade FDS to work, so you have to make sure WinRem is configured correctly.
I'll have a decent look at my server config later and see if I can find where you need to configure the right ports.
