Press tab twice to expand your player list.
Then, press F2 or F3.
Then, type /<playername>

That is, type forwardslash-playername.

^^ Thats for the dark blue ones

For the light blue ones (for people who aren't in the same server as you)

type /page playername message
e.g. /page light hello there

This is covered in your readme.txt file, I suggest you have a read.

When someone pages you with light blue pages, you can just type:

/r message
e.g. /r ok, thanks.

and it will be send to the person who just paged you. (r = reply)
