Someone I know is having a problem with there RG client, they have tried reinstalling renegade and the patch, then reinstalling RG a few times, they still get this message (see screen shot attatched). Can you help please?

They are probably trying to install on a non-admin account on windows XP.

On windows XP limited users are limited to what they can do, and installing programs is one of those limitations.
