I have Renguard installed with 1.037 and it gets thrue:
[20:40] Trying to connect to server #1...Connected
[20:40] Secure link established.
[20:40] Welcome to RenGuard , maschif9!
[20:40] To launch Renegade, please click 'Renegade'.
[20:40] Starting Core Patch Pre-Install Check..
And all the scanning and gets past the "this won't take long" message, but...
Then once it gets to the second window, it will go thrue 2 blue bars then freeze. So, of course I can't install renguard core patch 1. Any help on a fix for this would be appreciated.

Wrong forum.
First of all, it's not Renguard CP1.
Renguard = Anti-cheat
CP1 = BHS unofficial patch
Second, does your whole computer freeze or just renguard?
If it's just renguard try reinstalling everything in this order:
Renegade > Official Patch > No-CD (if applicable) > Renguard > CP1.
If it's your whole computer freezing then Renguard probably isn't the problem, try a virus check.
