Oh that... I believe that terrain comes with the Renegade Public tools, it should be in the buildings folder of the help folder.

I'm not quite sure what you're after, but I think you just have to take the template, and modify the terrain yourself, not that hard.

Oh, i thought you wanted the bumpy terrain, as shown in the pic you linked us to. It's on the ftp, flying tamplate too. Just get the buildings.zip. It's in there.
