	| Yes.  Although technically it is a raod, it is considered a hill because of the fact that it is higher than all of the terrain with ramps leading to both ends.

	| Hill camping is normally only spoken about on hour glass. Altough I'm not agains hill camping on hour glass. Altough I don't really get, what your talking about with hill camping on city.
