hey on level edit how do u...
Edit ammo clips, edit what weapon the person starts with, and how do u replace say a nuke with a volt auto rifle or a humv with a mammy

all those you will have 2 temp the oringal preset to change.

Ammo clip count etc is changed under munitions -> weapon -> preset of weapon u want 2 change

what you can buy in each pt area is under Global Settings -> purchase settings

default start weapons for each character is objects -> soldiers -> soldier presets -> gdi / nod -> name of solder u wnt 2 change

how do u make the weapon shoot obelisk fire?

also is there a ctf tutorial? do u just use ctfflagred, gold and stick ctf zone on?

lol, if you are trying to make a ctf server i suggest you go find a ctf server download, there are loads of them out there...
