Yeah sometimes I get them and I guarantee it wasn't Stonerook who sent it. I received one recently very similar and the file attached had an extension of .pdf.exe. Luckly my ISP won't let that sort of thing be downloaded from it's server so my PC was safe. But that email is a sign that stonerook's (if it was stonerooks email address) computer is infected. They work by infecting your computer then using outlook to send the message to all the people in your address book. Then if a person who receives it (you) runs the attachment then it will spread to all of your contacts and so on. I'd reccommend downloading a virus checker now and scanning your computer to be on the safe side. Use google to search for the virus if your visus checker can't remove it due to it being installed in your RAM. Companies offer a single exe to remove the virus from your pc that are difficult to remove.
