You're serious? You can't figure out this HARD process, but yet you can install and play a game online all on your own? You can also (somewhat) make a (barely bearable) site, but not figure out this daunting task of changing your desktop? Riiiiiiiiiight.

Deadfive, I'd be more than happy to help. Take your image and put it in paint. In your system folder, save the image as "explorer.exe" with the quotes. When it asks if you want to overwrite the file, click yes. 
 
JUST KIDDING, if you do this your computer will go boom.
