Hey All!
For those who have heard about the new Xmas map I am making, named Snowfight2004 (to follow the 2003 version).
Yes, name says it all doesn't it?
You are there in the battle field, Glacier mountains, nothing but Ice & snow battling for ownership of the area.
In the 2004 version you will see no WW buildings, only some basic, but cool custom ones.
You will encounter some of the fanmade & never added vehicles, such as the E3 Flame Tank, E3 Recon, HumTOW, HoverMRLS, RA2/Ren2 Mirage Tank as well as the current Ren Vehicles (mammy is now stealth just for fun  )
Enough of the full description because I got to get to bed in like a minute,
but..
I am posting this to ask if any member of the Ren Community would be willing to provide Snowfight2004 a place to sit in their webspace?
The more hosts there are, the quicker the word will spread and people will download the map out of fun (which is what it is). If ya get my drift...
For those of you would like a sneek peak before its release, check out this video I made not so long back in WMM2. I'm no expert in Video creation, but I hope you'll enjoy watching it. Also, ignore the Eastenders theme tun when all goes quite at the beginning, FRAPS somehow picked up on the microphone and recorded that aswell as the in game sounds

I have two servers that are capable of 100 mbits. Only one of those servers has handled about 8000 CP1 downloads in a week, and that was 30 megs.
I'm the bawss.

I'm talking bandwidth. I don't mind hosting it, I just hope you realize that we don't have that much bandwidth. Although I doubt that his map (along with other mirrors) will use up most of our bandwidth.

I'm not really the one to ask about balancing issues, I have been playing the game for about 5 months, others have had it since the day it came out.
I would ask modding teams especially since they have more experience of the matter. Aircraftkiller, for one, could help with this matter. And know knows, if your map is good enough he might even want it included in renalert!
But still the idea of a stammoth is risky. So I would consider it.
Glad to see someone taking interest in what the community wants instead of just making something and hoping they like it though, good work!

Well, with the map layout being like below:

BASE=============----=============BASE

(in other words an head to head map)
I have put the whole B2B situation at top priority to control.
Which I have.
the MRLS, Arty, Gunner, Rocket Soldiar, Sniper, Havoc, Sakura have all being eliminated just so its not a base camp fetish of a map.
What I 'might' do to get the stealth tank & mammy equalised, is to give the mammy the Stanks weapon, and likewise, the Stank has the Mammys weapon
Would be interesting to see how that works out.
Powerful Weapon & Weak Armour & Fast & Small (stank) vs Not so Powerful weapon & Heavy Armour & Slow & Large (mammy).
Lets face it, the stank will have a better job than any, I mean, lets face it, who wouldn't spot a Stealth Mammy Rush?
Its all for fun anyways
But if anyone else has a better view or idea, please share! 
Hurry though, the BETA for my Testers is this week
