	| Ok, for this you need your legal Latin to English dictionary. If you figure out the punchline, keep it to yourself for now.
There once was a lawyer named Rex
Who had a diminuitive organ of sex
 Charged with indecent exposure,
 He pled with composure,
 "de minimus non curat lex."

	| I think I get it, even without a dictionary (had Latin for six years). I'll put it down in a really small font and in black:
I think "de minimus non curat lex" means something like "the law doesn't cover the minute" indicating the size of his thingy...

	| Close, but not quite. It's had a day, so I'll give the punch line.
"de minimus non curat lex." =

"The matter is too small for the courts."

It's was used in minor summary convictions (misdemeanours) as a valid defence. If it was a crime such as stealing a jellybean from a candy store or something like that, so someone could use the defence saying that it was such a small matter, why bring it to trial?
