I still won't host a server on an SM box since they don't tolerate DDoS against IRC (but DDoS against any OTHER port is OK)... I still have a tendency to be attacked once in a while.
But now I don't have to worry about my brenbots. This should make everyone happy.
Guess SM isn't the idiots I accused them of being if they banned bots.
I'm the bawss.

they just realized their is money to be made in the irc buisness. you could also run the irc server on a differnt port, not the vanilla 6667 or 7000 ....
|
1) Rename BRenBot.exe to something weird.. such as blahblah.exe..
2) Make it connect to a weird port.. such as 5691.
Boom.
