Try these few steps.
1) Calm down.
2) Go here (EQC's tutorial)
3) Follow the steps there.
4) Import the file into the editor.
5) Check the other tutorial for help with the level stuff.
6) Have fun with your new map.

And remember, fun is the important thing. If you can't calm down, leave it be.
